1. Why we have multiple e-mails?
A. We have three email accounts soporte@rentapremium.com.mx, nnpr@hotmail.com, nestor.noe@gmail.com and that is because many times we send a mail and it gets clasified as spam or junk mail, we solve this problem by sending the mail within the same server.

2. You say you are authorized Resellers. How do i know this is true?

3. Which is the daily downloading limit?
A. 5. How can i change my account's settings?

Click on the Settings section, you can put an alias there, which you can use to login to your account, this has the same function the ID of the account, you can change your password, to save the changes go to the end of the page and click SAVE.

6. Why do the cookies must be enabled?

A. Once we have confirmation of your payment, we will generate your account, to make it more quickly we ask you to send in a scanned image of the payment, or else the authorization number, Bank in which you make the deposit and the amount.

10. How long it takes to send me the details of the account if i pay by PAYPAL?

A. We just need your account ID, this is the number of 7 or 8 digit number that rapidshare sent you. You mustn't share your password to anyone for any reason.

14. Try to extend my account with another person, asks for my ID and password, Can i provide it?
A. Of course not, you would be exposing your account to be stolen or resold to others, a rapidshare reseller only needs the ID of your account.

15. What is the Security lock?
A.The Security lock is a password used in your Settings, if you activeate it rapidshare sends you a password that works only in that area. If someone has your ID and password, can enter the account but can not change your data, email, password, etc.., I recommend activating it after changed your password.
